Francos
Italian restaurant located a minutes walk from West Jesmond metro. The Restuarant is elegantly decorated with outside decking for dining and drinking. Comes with outdoor heaters!
The Italian owners have worked in restuarants in Italy for 25 years prior to moving to the UK, and have an inspired extensive menu. Meals are priced from around £5-6, and there is an early evening Special Menu weekdays between 5.30-7pm.
All wine is sourced and prices range from £11- £40. Champagne is also available from £30 - £185 for the more special occasion, and the place can be booked for private functions. There is limited parking available.

The original bar in a popular chain of Lynch bars. Very popular with students. Decorated in a 60s theme, moderately priced Mr Lynch provides for all tastes. The bar is equipped with pool table, widescreen TVs showing live football/rugby, juke box, live music and a DJ depending on the night. The bar does food and 'happy hour' games, in order to get half price drinks. Nominated for Best New Bar and Best Interior Design in the Theme Magazine Regional Awards.

The central road through Jesmond, well known and loved by students and residents alike. Osborne Road varies between around 5 - 15 minute walk/crawl from the majority of our properties. Closest to the area are Cavendish Place, Cavendish Road, Devonshire Place, Manor house Road, Grosvenor Road and Grosvenor Place.

Bl-anc
Bar Bl-anc has lots of seating both in and outside the bar, using different levels and booths the bar is good for a quiet drink and food with friends, or as a warm up bar. All live sporting events are shown on their two widescreen TVs. The bar serves English and Indian food, with the option of a Sunday Roast on Sundays. The food is very well priced. A more upmarket bar, with prices reflecting this. Billabong comes as part of the Caledonian Hotel; so a perfect place to take your parents when they come visiting! This large modern pub has an outside seating area, and regular music is played from the Juke Box. Perfect for a quiet drink during the week, but always busy at a weekend. Serves food and has daily evening happy hours.

Probably the largest bar in Jesmond, this modern bar is always lively and very popular with students, especially at the weekend. Aptly named bar. You can spy on your friends from www.spy-bar.co.uk on the spy cam. This bar is suited to large pub crawls due to the ample standing room at the long bar. This bar shows al Live Sport on a large pull down screen, central widescreen TV, 3 big screens and a further 8 plasmas. So this bar is ideal for sports lovers. Small, modern bar with large outside seating area with heated lamps and canopies. Free internet is advertised as being available in the near future. The bar is quiet during the week, but busy on the weekend, making it the perfect place to get out of the house to do uni work. West Jesmond
This area is slightly quieter than the hub of Osborne Road, however it is only a stones throw away. The Londsdale is probably the most popular drinking place in this area. Our properties closest to this area are Sunbury Avenue, St. Georges Terrace, Lavendar Gardens, Mildmay Road and Brentwood Avenue.

The Lonsdale
Large pub located directly behind West Jesmond Metro Station. This large pub is equipped with large pull out screens which are used to show Live Sporting Events. Regular music is on play at most times and the pub is also popular with locals and business people. During the day children are allowed in, however they have to vacate by 7pm. The pub has a popular quiz every Sunday and they provide a cash back facility, plus a ATM machine. The Lonsdale has a small seating area outside which is nice in the summer, and prices are really cheap all day everyday

This is just up the road from our office. Lower Manor House Road Properties, along with Selborne Gardens, Buston Terrace and Shortridge Terrace are closest to this area.

This moderately priced bar is busiest during the day. It is popular with locals and students. The bar is split into two, with a dining area at one side, and a pool table to the other. The Cradlewell has a quiz every Thursday.
